為了測試(shi)電池的性能(neng)指標是否滿足需求,下面(mian)對(dui)鋰電池應用的常規性能(neng)測(ce)試(shi)方式做個介紹:
一、常規(gui)成品測(ce)試(shi)
充電(dian)(dian)(dian):采用(yong)測試系(xi)統/DC電(dian)(dian)(dian)源對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian),采用(yong)0.2C恒(heng)流恒(heng)壓充電(dian)(dian)(dian),直至電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充滿為止;
放電(dian):采用測試系統/負載(zai)儀對電(dian)池(chi)放電(dian),采用0.2C恒流放電(dian),直至電(dian)池(chi)放完為止;
內(nei)阻:采用高精度內(nei)阻測試儀(yi)進(jin)行內(nei)阻測試,一(yi)定要接(jie)(jie)觸點(dian)接(jie)(jie)觸良好(hao),才(cai)能是準確的阻值(zhi),電(dian)池容(rong)(rong)量越大,內(nei)阻越小;反(fan)正電(dian)池容(rong)(rong)量相對越小,內(nei)阻越大;且(qie)通(tong)常倍率電(dian)池內(nei)阻偏小。
過(guo)流(liu):采(cai)用電池綜合測(ce)試(shi)儀,對成品電池進行測(ce)試(shi)電池的保(bao)護電流(liu),保(bao)護板能否起到過(guo)大電流(liu)保(bao)護作用。
短路(lu):采用專用測(ce)試儀測(ce)試電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)短路(lu)是否有(you)(you)保(bao)護功(gong)能(neng)(neng),通(tong)常很多保(bao)護板(ban)在設計經驗不(bu)(bu)足情況(kuang)下(xia)或者電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)容量較(jiao)大(da)情況(kuang)下(xia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)過(guo)不(bu)(bu)了短路(lu),一(yi)般有(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子工程師廠家(jia)基(ji)本能(neng)(neng)過(guo)的(de),所以選擇(ze)較(jiao)正規廠家(jia)基(ji)本沒問(wen)題,或者簡易(yi)的(de)采用正負(fu)極直接短路(lu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)是否還有(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流輸出(chu),無電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流輸出(chu)、斷開負(fu)載,恢復(fu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓等正常功(gong)能(neng)(neng),證(zheng)明電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)有(you)(you)短路(lu)保(bao)護。
容(rong)量:采用0.2C電(dian)池充電(dian)放電(dian),電(dian)池容(rong)量達到標稱(cheng)容(rong)量。
二、深度(du)測試(shi)
高溫:采用0.2C恒流恒壓充電(dian)(dian),充電(dian)(dian)充滿(man)后放(fang)在恒溫箱里面,溫度調至65℃擱置4H后,采用0.2C恒流放(fang)電(dian)(dian)至截止電(dian)(dian)壓,看看容量(liang)能(neng)否達到標稱容量(liang)的85%以上。
低溫(wen):采(cai)用(yong)0.2C恒(heng)(heng)流恒(heng)(heng)壓(ya)充電,充滿后放在(zai)低溫(wen)箱(xiang)里(li)面,溫(wen)度調(diao)至(zhi)-20℃擱置4H后,采(cai)用(yong)0.2C恒(heng)(heng)流放電至(zhi)截(jie)止電壓(ya),看看放電容(rong)(rong)量是否達到標稱容(rong)(rong)量的60%以(yi)上。
循環:采用0.2C在25℃充放(fang)電500次,容量是否(fou)保存80%以上。
跌(die)落(luo):采用(yong)標(biao)準跌(die)落(luo)設備(bei),6個面1米高(gao)跌(die)落(luo)測(ce)試是(shi)否有起火燃燒等不良反(fan)應,正常是(shi)無起火、無爆炸、無冒(mao)煙、無漏(lou)液(ye)。
