普納斯(si)一直堅持(chi)嚴謹的制作工(gong)藝(yi)和檢(jian)(jian)驗(yan)流程,自有完善的電池(chi)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)設備(bei)實(shi)驗(yan)室,針對原(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)、工(gong)藝(yi)制程檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce),以及成(cheng)品安規(gui)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce),實(shi)驗(yan)包括過充(chong)過放測(ce)(ce)試,跌落測(ce)(ce)試,重(zhong)物沖(chong)擊(ji)測(ce)(ce)試,擠壓測(ce)(ce)試,低氣壓測(ce)(ce)試,燃燒測(ce)(ce)試,熱(re)沖(chong)擊(ji)測(ce)(ce)試,短(duan)路測(ce)(ce)試,層層把關只(zhi)為打(da)造出品質安全芯(xin)。
以下就簡(jian)單介紹一下幾種測試:
1、過充測試(shi):將鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充滿電(dian)(dian)(dian),在按(an)照(zhao)3C過充進行過充試(shi)驗,當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池過充時電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓上升(sheng)(sheng)到一定電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時穩定一段時間,接(jie)近一定時間時電(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓快(kuai)速上升(sheng)(sheng),當(dang)上升(sheng)(sheng)至一定限(xian)度時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池高帽拉斷,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓跌至0V,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池沒有起火、爆炸即可(ke)。
2、過放測試:將電池放電至遠低于(yu)額定電壓,觀察其(qi)是否(fou)產生(sheng)過熱、冒煙或發生(sheng)其(qi)他異(yi)常情況。
3、跌落(luo)測(ce)試(shi):將(jiang)裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)鋰(li)離子電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)包裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)從1.2米高處沿三個(ge)不同軸(zhou)向(xiang)的(de)面(mian)和對(dui)角線方向(xiang)自由落(luo)向(xiang)水泥地面(mian),看(kan)是否每一個(ge)包裝(zhuang)件均能承受在任(ren)一方位(wei)的(de)1.2米跌落(luo)測(ce)試(shi)。判定標準為:沒有(you)(you)損壞(huai)包裝(zhuang)件內(nei)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池或電(dian)(dian)(dian)芯,并且沒有(you)(you)改變其(qi)中電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)位(wei)置以至(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池互相(xiang)接觸,無(wu)(wu)滲漏、無(wu)(wu)泄(xie)氣(qi)、無(wu)(wu)解體、無(wu)(wu)破(po)裂和無(wu)(wu)著火,無(wu)(wu)內(nei)部物質外(wai)泄(xie)。
4、重物沖擊(ji)(ji)(ji)測試:固定(ding)在沖擊(ji)(ji)(ji)臺(tai)上(shang),進行半正弦脈(mo)沖沖擊(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗。在初始3秒內,最小(xiao)平均加速度為75g,峰值加速度為150±25g,脈(mo)沖持續時間為6±1ms。在電池(chi)的軸向(xiang)(xiang)和(he)徑向(xiang)(xiang)方向(xiang)(xiang)各進行三次(ci)實驗。判定(ding)標準為電池(chi)不起火(huo),不爆炸、不漏(lou)液。
6、針刺(ci)測試:將充滿電的(de)電池放(fang)在一個平面上,用(yong)直徑(jing)3mm的(de)鋼針沿徑(jing)向將電池刺(ci)穿。
8、燃燒(shao)測試(shi):在測試(shi)過程中,將鋰(li)電池置于灼熱(re)絲(si)下方,逐漸加熱(re)到特定的溫度并(bing)持續一(yi)定的時(shi)間(jian)。觀察鋰(li)電池是(shi)否會產(chan)生燃燒(shao)或(huo)爆炸現象。
9、熱沖擊測試:將電(dian)(dian)池在高溫下(xia)加熱到一定(ding)溫度并保持一定(ding)時間,然后快速(su)冷卻(que)。測試過程中,電(dian)(dian)池應(ying)不(bu)起火、不(bu)爆炸(zha)才算(suan)合格。
10、短(duan)路測(ce)試:將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充滿電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻不(bu)大于(yu)50m的導線將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)正負極短(duan)路,測(ce)試電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的表(biao)面溫度變化,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)表(biao)面最高溫度為(wei)140℃,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)蓋帽拉開,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)不(bu)起火、不(bu)爆(bao)炸。
